Maricris Suliva is the Founder of AssistPro Consultancy, a purpose-driven consulting company built on faith, resilience, and a passion for helping businesses and people thrive.

Her professional journey began in education, where she spent several years as a dedicated teacher, helping shape young minds and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

However, in 2016, Maricris was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a life-changing challenge that tested her strength, resilience, and faith. Rather than allowing the diagnosis to define her future, she chose to move forward with determination and purpose. What could have been a setback became a turning point in her life, inspiring her to continue pursuing her education, personal growth, and professional aspirations.

Despite the challenges she faced, her passion for guiding and mentoring others never wavered. She went on to pursue and earn a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, where she deepened her understanding of personal development, leadership, and human behavior while strengthening her commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.

As her career evolved, Maricris’s thirst for knowledge and innovation led her into the world of technology, where she gained valuable experience in technology support and operations across multiple industries. Her work in executive support, office management, human resources, and business consulting provided her with a unique understanding of how people, processes, and technology work together to drive organizational success.

This diverse experience allowed her to see firsthand how technology can enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support sustainable growth. Today, she continues to expand her expertise as a PhD candidate in Technology Management, exploring the intersection of people, business, and technology.
